Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support a diverse client base, the full-time remote Senior Systems Engineer will provide expert support in Microsoft-centric environments, focusing on Azure, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration while troubleshooting various technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general desktop, user, and hardware support, ensuring smooth operations for clients
• Conduct proactive system maintenance, including backup solutions and network/server support
• Manage incidents end-to-end, documenting outcomes and communicating effectively with non-technical users

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft-centric environments, preferably in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) setting
• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Azure/Entra ID, and Active Directory
• Strong troubleshooting skills in authentication, mail flow, and endpoint issues
• Experience with PowerShell for script reading and modification
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users
