Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support a global events platform, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will produce event documentation, operate video conferencing equipment, and troubleshoot technical issues while collaborating with various teams to enhance event production processes in San Jose, California.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce "Run of Show" documents, attendance reports, and IT equipment readiness checklists for live event production
• Oversee events in local production spaces and act as a producer for executive-level events
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to streamline processes and troubleshoot event-related issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field strongly preferred
• Extensive experience in event production with a focus on video infrastructure platforms
• Proficiency in collaboration platforms such as Teams and Zoom
• Strong understanding of network principles and technologies
• Proven experience in C-Level interactions and delivering projects on time
