Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Providing advanced technical expertise in systems and server administration, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will manage multiple operating systems and platforms, build and deploy technology infrastructure, and ensure optimal system performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor system progress during testing and production rollout, gathering and analyzing data to recommend technical improvements
• Manage the end-to-end application packaging lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet organizational standards for reliability and security
• Collaborate with application owners and project teams to assess software requirements and deliver tested, deployment-ready packages on schedule

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Four years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, six years with an Associate's degree, or eight years with a High School diploma or GED
• Deep expertise in Windows application packaging, including MSI authoring and repackaging
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for application deployment and environment configuration
• Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Microsoft Intune for app deployment
