Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support client IT environments, the fully remote Senior Systems Engineer will design and deliver complex technology solutions, provide consultative services, and act as a project lead while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior consultative services and manage project design and implementation across various technology areas including cloud infrastructure, workplace automation, and messaging systems
• Act as a presales consultant to determine project scope and budget requirements, collaborating with sales and clients to identify appropriate solutions
• Lead assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery of services and mentoring Project Engineers through training and support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a Microsoft environment
• At least 5 years of experience in a consultative capacity at a systems integrator or IT vendor, including presales and project implementation
• Demonstrated project ownership and leadership experience in a results-oriented environment
• Previous Office365 migration experience and proficiency in Windows Server, Exchange, and Active Directory
• Strong technical skills in cloud technologies, virtualization, and workplace automation tools
