Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in Angular and NodeJS, who will build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS to serve healthcare EDI records
• Support an Angular-based front-end by integrating APIs and ensuring accurate data presentation for users
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews while applying Agile best practices

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end technologies (Java and/or NodeJS)
• Proven experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs in healthcare or enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Angular and modern front-end frameworks
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud services, including API Gateway and Lambda
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
