Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Systems Engineer will build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions, design and maintain RESTful APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and migrate cloud-based applications while ensuring accurate processing of healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS for retrieving and transforming healthcare records
• Collaborate with back-end engineers to define API contracts and support deployment and performance in AWS

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end technologies (Java and/or NodeJS)
• Hands-on experience with Angular and the ability to integrate APIs into front-end applications
• Proven ability to design and consume RESTful APIs that handle structured healthcare data
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services, including API Gateway and Lambda
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
