Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will develop, support, and maintain internal and customer-facing production environments, ensuring system stability and performance in a primarily remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting customer production environments across cloud and on-premises systems
• Analyze system performance and stability, implementing corrective actions to improve reliability
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cross-functional issues and contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts

Required qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or cloud operations
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across systems, applications, and networking
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, networking, and storage
