Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Managing and optimizing enterprise business applications in a remote contract role, the Senior Systems Engineer will support plant operations, deploy and maintain applications, and lead digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, support, and optimize enterprise applications, including EAM/ERP systems and the Dynamic Work Execution Platform (DWEP)
• Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise applications in both Windows and Linux environments
• Lead the conversion of procedures into digital instructions while supporting integration between various enterprise platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise or business applications, with at least 5 years in administering ERP/EAM platforms
• Hands-on experience with ERP/EAM systems like Oracle, IBM Maximo, or Asset Suite
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash), and API/ETL integration tools
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
