Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and improving core IT systems, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and various SaaS platforms while providing direct technical support to staff in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and related identity and cloud services
• Manage Windows and Mac endpoints, ensuring compliance and security through various management tools
• Provide direct technical support to staff, handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 escalations effectively

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or IT operations
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration
• Experience managing Windows and Mac endpoints using management tools like Intune
• Proficiency in administering SaaS platforms and managing user access
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar
