Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment Program Office, the remote Senior Systems Engineer will manage Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases, coordinate engineering solutions, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders while traveling overseas 1-2 times per quarter.

Key responsibilities

• Perform programmatic and technical tasks to design and test solutions for engineering problems
• Manage requirements and coordinate action items with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead the Risk Management process and prepare project correspondence, including technical reports and trip reports

Required qualifications

• Technical or Scientific MS or MA degree from an accredited college or university, or a BS or BA with four years of relevant experience
• At least ten years of recent engineering experience, with three years related to DoD systems
• Prior experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs is required
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher is mandatory
• US Citizenship is required
