Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support cross-functional delivery teams in federal IT modernization initiatives, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will design, implement, and maintain complex systems while providing technical leadership and ensuring system reliability in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain system architectures across applications, infrastructure, and platforms
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into scalable, secure solutions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in systems engineering, software engineering, or related roles
• Strong experience with system architecture, distributed systems, and cloud platforms
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar)
• Experience with infrastructure, networking, and system integration concepts
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
