Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Virtualization team, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will manage an expansive environment of clusters, hosts, and virtual servers, ensuring seamless operation of critical applications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and problem resolution for production and process issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Participate in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining systems to enhance clinical care and patient management
• Ensure outstanding end-user support and collaborate with other areas for effective incident management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
• Experience with automation/scripting/programming using PowerShell, Python, or Terraform
• In-depth understanding of platforms such as VMware, Azure Local, or Hyper-V
• Ability to adhere to strict Information Systems security guidelines
