Senior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Shaping the future of lunar technologies, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will develop and review concepts for lunar landers and spacecraft, support technical content creation for proposals, and manage mission concept operations, with the option to work remotely or onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and review new concepts and designs for lunar landers, rovers, and spacecraft
- Support the development and technical content creation for business and mission opportunities
- Translate customer requirements into actionable product goals and system architectures
Required qualifications:
- B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline plus 5-10 years of relevant engineering experience
- Demonstrated experience in space system development or systems engineering
- Experience developing technical content for proposals and customer presentations
- Strong understanding of the launch, space, and lunar environments
- Experience authoring mission and system-level requirements
