Job Summary

Leading enterprise-level strategy for server and network infrastructure, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will manage complex network systems, perform advanced troubleshooting, and innovate solutions to enhance scalability, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and recommend technology initiatives to meet network needs, including capacity analysis and growth forecasting
• Administer a multi-segment network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and availability through monitoring and analysis
• Provide project management documentation for major projects, including disaster recovery planning and system upgrades

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 5-10 years of experience in systems and network engineering or a related field
• Industry-standard technical certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, ITIL)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Server Operating System administration and networking protocols
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles and methodologies
