Senior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Bridging hardware, firmware, and cloud systems, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will own end-to-end system architecture and interfaces, ensuring coherent integration across a complex, multi-domain product while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the systems engineer across the engineering team, managing requirements, interfaces, and architecture documentation
- Capture and maintain system requirements, ensuring traceability from customer needs through verification
- Drive system-level verification and validation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve multi-domain challenges
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in systems, electrical, or computer engineering, computer science, or a related field
- 7+ years of engineering experience, with expertise in both hardware/firmware and software systems
- Proven ability to operate as a systems engineer, managing requirements and interfaces for embedded hardware and cloud software products
- Hands-on experience with IoT and embedded systems, including sensor integration and networking protocols
- Familiarity with cloud-agnostic architectures and modern back-end technologies
