Senior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the day-to-day operations of various SaaS delivery environments, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will focus on incident management, service monitoring, and driving innovation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incident response and monitor production service delivery to ensure optimal operation and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Develop and implement strategies for maintaining Acumatica SaaS deployment lifecycle operations
- Provide level 3 support for customer and partner issues while mentoring junior engineers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- At least 5+ years' experience with relational databases, preferably MS SQL, and web application development
- At least 5+ years' experience managing websites, preferably using IIS
- At least 1+ year's experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience in DevOps tools and practices
