Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the day-to-day operations of various SaaS delivery environments, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will manage incident response, provide exceptional customer support, and drive innovation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee incident management and monitor production service delivery to ensure optimal operation and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Administer and maintain Acumatica SaaS Deployment lifecycle operations while identifying optimization opportunities
• Provide level 3 support for complex customer and partner issues, mentoring junior engineers in the process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
• At least 5+ years of experience with relational databases, preferably MS SQL, and web application development
• At least 5+ years of experience in managing websites, preferably using IIS
• At least 1+ year's experience with DevOps tools and cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving abilities
