Senior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To support a dynamic IT environment, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will design, implement, maintain, and support the organization's IT infrastructure and enterprise systems while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Linux, Backup, and Disaster Recovery technologies in public/private cloud, overseeing day-to-day operations and security controls
- Collaborate with managed service providers to develop and deliver comprehensive cloud architecture solutions
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and support after-hours as needed while ensuring compliance with corporate security policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Linux, Windows, and Cloud Systems Engineering with knowledge of various Linux distributions
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Alibaba Cloud technologies
- Proficiency in DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SFTP, PAM, and SMB/NFS FileShare
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer-sponsored work authorization
