Senior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To support cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments, the remote Senior Systems Engineer will assist in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting systems for customer demos and engineering testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing automation for enhanced efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of cloud and on-premises infrastructure for customer demo and trial environments
- Identify and resolve infrastructure issues under the guidance of the Enterprise Architect
- Support the development and implementation of automation scripts and tools to streamline provisioning and management tasks
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of IT experience, with exposure to IT security or identity management platforms
- Practical experience in at least one cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Entry-level proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and familiarity with containerization technologies
- Working knowledge of Directory Services (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID)
