Senior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Resolving escalated service issues and coaching fellow engineers, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will implement complex projects and maintain technology for assigned accounts while providing technical support for network, cloud, and Microsoft technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align services with company objectives and values
- Provide technical services for network connectivity, internal systems, and Microsoft-related technologies
- Document system maintenance and communicate incident progress to customers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role or 3 years in Managed Services
- CCNP certification
- Experience with VPN connectivity troubleshooting and configuration
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
