Senior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the day-to-day operations of various SaaS delivery environments, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will ensure reliability, scalability, and quality of service while providing exceptional customer support and driving continuous improvement in a remote work setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incident response and monitor production service delivery to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Administer and maintain Acumatica SaaS Deployment lifecycle operations while identifying optimization opportunities
- Provide level 3 support for customer and partner issues, mentoring junior engineers in the process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience with relational databases, preferably MS SQL, including database design and optimization
- 5+ years of experience managing websites, preferably using IIS, with web application development and deployment skills
- 1+ year of experience with DevOps tools and practices, such as Jenkins and Git
- 1+ year of experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure
