Senior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Integrations Team, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will manage complex systems environments, provide end-user support, and lead small to medium-sized projects while primarily working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve complex end-user support issues and assist less experienced staff in troubleshooting
- Lead project-related tasks, including time tracking, documentation updates, and collaboration with technical teams
- Develop maintenance and upgrade plans, and assist with Disaster Recovery Plans
Required qualifications
- Five years of experience in complex systems environments through education or practical experience
- Advanced expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure environments
- Mastery of IT standards, procedures, and protocols
- Ability to maintain a 24/7 off-hours support rotation as needed
- Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership across multiple technology disciplines
