Senior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Systems Engineer will manage day-to-day operations of SaaS delivery environments, resolve complex support cases, and drive innovation to ensure high levels of reliability and service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Lead incident management and monitor services to ensure optimal operation and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Administer and maintain Acumatica SaaS deployment lifecycle operations and AWS environments
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance system performance and service delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- At least 5+ years of experience with relational databases, preferably MS SQL
- At least 5+ years of experience managing websites, preferably using IIS
- At least 5+ years of experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python
- At least 1+ year of experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure
