Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to design, manage, and support end user desktop systems, mentor support technicians, and implement standardized processes for desktop systems support.

Responsibilities:

Respond to escalations from L2 and L3 support
Mentor desktop support technicians
Respond to system alerts, outages, and service requests

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a senior admin role
Windows certifications in one or more of the following: MCSE, MCP, VMWare
7+ years in a Windows-heavy technical role
5+ years of shell scripting experience
Experience with tools and software such as Windows GPO, Windows WSUS, Microsoft Deployment Tool (MDT), LANRev, BigFix, PowerBroker, JAMF (for Mac), and Spacewalk (for Linux)
