Senior Systems Engineer (AWS)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer (AWS Data Engineer).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the modernization of the healthcare data platform and architect the migration to a cloud-native AWS data architecture
• Design and build reporting and query layers for business stakeholders to run SQL queries against healthcare data
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using AWS-native tools

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software or data engineering with a strong AWS focus
• Proven experience in architecting cloud data platform migrations in enterprise or healthcare environments
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS data services such as S3, Athena, and Redshift
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity
