Senior Systems Engineer (AWS)

Job Summary

Senior Systems Engineer (AWS), responsible for supporting and modernizing healthcare transaction processing and back-end data platforms in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services for healthcare data processing
• Develop cloud-native applications and integrate AWS-managed services within an AWS-hosted environment
• Apply modern software engineering best practices in an Agile development environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 8+ years of software development experience, particularly in back-end engineering
• Experience with back-end development using languages such as .Net/C#, Go, Python, Java, or NodeJS
• AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification required
• Proven experience with healthcare EDI data formats and transaction processing workflows
