Senior Systems Engineer (AWS)

Job Summary

To modernize healthcare transaction processing, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer (AWS Cloud Application) will build cloud-native application services, APIs, and distributed workflows within an AWS-hosted environment, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enhance back-end data platforms and healthcare transaction processing
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and cloud-native application services using AWS-managed services
• Implement event-driven architectures and asynchronous workflows to ensure reliable data delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 8+ years of software development experience with significant back-end engineering expertise
• Proficiency in backend development languages such as .Net/C#, Go, Python, Java, or NodeJS
• Experience developing cloud-native applications within AWS environments
• Strong understanding of AWS-native application patterns and cloud integrations
