Senior Systems Engineer (AWS)

Job Summary

To modernize healthcare transaction processing, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer (AWS Cloud Application) will build cloud-native application services and APIs, leveraging AWS-managed services in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and modernize healthcare transaction processing and back-end data platforms
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and back-end services for healthcare data
• Develop application integrations using AWS services to ensure reliable data delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 8+ years of software development experience with significant back-end engineering experience
• Proven experience developing cloud-native applications within AWS environments
• Strong back-end development experience using languages such as .Net/C#, Go, Python, Java, or NodeJS
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs in healthcare or distributed-system environments
