Senior Systems Engineer - EUC

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer - EUC (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance macOS endpoint management using Jamf Pro, including policies, profiles, and application deployment
• Design and support zero touch and remote macOS deployment workflows for automated provisioning and user-ready handoff
• Support Windows endpoint management via Intune and ConnectWise Automate, including compliance policies and application deployment

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment using Jamf Pro
• Experience with Apple ecosystem administration, including automated device enrollment and macOS lifecycle management
• Experience supporting Windows endpoint management with Microsoft Intune and related solutions
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or AppleScript
• Working knowledge of identity and access management and endpoint security tools
