Senior Systems Engineer IAM

Job Summary

Providing senior technical leadership in a fully remote capacity, the Senior Systems Engineer IAM will design, implement, and support Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and enterprise identity services using Okta, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra, while managing identity lifecycle processes and ensuring secure operations across Microsoft 365 and adjacent SaaS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM/IGA capabilities, ensuring secure and reliable access
• Lead application onboarding and integrations, supporting audits and access reviews while managing vendor relationships
• Automate identity lifecycle processes and enforce access governance policies to reduce identity-based risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in engineering and supporting solutions in an enterprise IT environment
• Knowledge of IAM/IGA concepts, identity standards, and protocols (SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM)
• Experience with Okta, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID administration
• Understanding of security and compliance practices related to identity services
