Senior Systems Engineer, Oracle Payroll

Job Summary

To advance a next-generation cloud-based HR and Payroll platform, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer, Oracle Payroll will serve as a technical authority, conducting research, analysis, design, and development of solutions involving SaaS Oracle HCM, while managing integrations and ensuring high-quality deliverables from Service Providers in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development of advanced solutions for Oracle Payroll and related applications
• Establish technical standards and develop reusable frameworks for secure and efficient integrations
• Oversee Service Provider deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/certification, with 6+ years of technology experience in Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud applications
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration and the end-to-end payroll lifecycle
• Proven experience integrating Oracle Payroll with Absence Management and Time & Labor systems
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, including security frameworks and data management
• Extensive experience with Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, and related data loading tools
