Senior Systems Engineer, Oracle Payroll

Job Summary

To advance a next-generation cloud-based HR and Payroll platform, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer, Oracle Payroll will serve as a technical authority, conducting research, analysis, design, and development of advanced solutions while ensuring secure and efficient integration capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Establish technical standards and develop reusable frameworks for Oracle HCM and Payroll products
• Provide technical oversight of Service Provider deliverables, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to best practices
• Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities and address complex technical challenges in support of analytics-driven decision making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/certification, with 6+ years of technology experience supporting Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud applications
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration and a solid understanding of the end-to-end payroll lifecycle
• Proven experience implementing and integrating Oracle Payroll with Absence Management and Time & Labor
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and configuration, including Business Objects and system dependencies
• Extensive experience with Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, and related data loading and reporting tools
