Job Summary
Supporting large-scale healthcare payer transformation initiatives, the hybrid Senior Systems Integration Consultant will analyze, design, and implement system integrations while collaborating with business and technology teams to enhance operational efficiency across healthcare platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement healthcare payer system integrations across multiple applications and platforms
- Support migration and modernization initiatives, including data conversion and transformation activities involving SQL Server and Oracle environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare payer technology, systems integration, or platform implementation
- Strong domain knowledge in areas such as Claims Processing, Member Enrollment, and Provider Management
- Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL development and database programming
- Experience with large-scale systems integration, migration, or modernization programs
- Strong understanding of interfaces, APIs, batch processes, and data migration concepts
