Job Summary
Supporting large-scale healthcare payer transformation initiatives, the hybrid Senior Systems Integration Consultant will analyze, design, and implement system integrations while collaborating with business and technology teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement healthcare payer system integrations across multiple applications and platforms
- Support migration and modernization initiatives, including data conversion and transformation activities involving SQL Server and Oracle environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions, participating in system integration testing and deployment activities
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare payer technology, systems integration, or platform implementation
- Strong knowledge in claims processing, member enrollment, provider management, and billing operations
- Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL development and strong SQL development skills
- Experience with large-scale systems integration or modernization programs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and project teams
