Senior Systems Management Analyst
Job Summary
Leading operational execution and delivery tracking, the full-time Senior Systems Management Analyst will manage complex data interface implementations, client onboarding, and cross-functional program coordination while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee operational execution and delivery tracking of multi-team programs and data interface implementations
- Consult and implement standard and custom claim extract files for client onboarding and vendor integrations
- Facilitate planning sessions, status reviews, and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment and project success
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program delivery, systems management, or data operations
- 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience using Jira, ServiceNow, or similar delivery tracking tools
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on operational metrics and performance indicators
