Senior Systems Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Systems Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Dynatrace platform, including configuration, dashboard creation, and SLO-based alerting
• Conduct embedded engagements with teams to assess observability maturity and implement monitoring frameworks
• Implement Ansible Automation Platform for infrastructure automation and contribute to automated remediation workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, IT operations, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (2 additional years in lieu of degree)
• 1+ year of hands-on Dynatrace experience, including configuration and dashboard creation in a production environment
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet
• Ability to define SLIs/SLOs in collaboration with product and engineering teams
