Senior Systems Safety Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Safety Engineer, REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various safety analyses including Hazard Identification and Failure Modes Effects Analysis
• Develop and manage safety requirements and hazard reports, ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Coordinate System Safety products across multiple subsystems and provide guidance on safety-related regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of systems safety analysis experience in a safety-critical environment
• Experience generating system safety documentation such as FHA, FTA, and FMECA
• Proficiency in systems safety and systems engineering tools
• US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work performed
