Senior Systems Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Senior Systems Software Engineer will develop platform software based on open-source container runtimes and Kubernetes technologies, focusing on enabling GPUs as first-class resources in container orchestrators while collaborating with engineering teams across NVIDIA.

Key responsibilities

• Explore innovative methods to simplify the development, deployment, and monitoring of GPU-accelerated applications
• Ensure seamless integration of software across various engineering teams within NVIDIA
• Efficiently multitask on different projects to adapt to evolving priorities

Required qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Expert knowledge in a systems programming language (Go, C) and understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Strong understanding of Container Orchestration Systems (Kubernetes) and Container Technology
• Experience with Linux Operating System internals and Cloud Computing
