Senior Systems Software Engineer

Job Summary

Owning AI stack readiness for DGX Station, the full-time Senior Systems Software Engineer will profile workloads, drive optimizations across the GPU architecture, and ensure production-ready performance for AI applications in multi-GPU configurations, working both onsite in Santa Clara and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own production readiness of AI applications on DGX Station, defining criteria and validating performance across configurations
• Profile and optimize deep learning workloads across various frameworks, establishing benchmarks and identifying performance regressions
• Identify and implement system-level optimizations to enhance throughput on DGX Station's multi-GPU architecture

Required qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years in systems software engineering with a focus on AI/ML workload optimization and GPU performance analysis
• Strong proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Experience profiling and optimizing GPU workloads using tools like Nsight Systems or CUPTI
• Proficiency in C/C++, CUDA, and Python, with the ability to read and modify GPU kernels
