Senior Systems Software Engineer

Job Summary

Focusing on scaling AI infrastructure, the full-time Senior Systems Software Engineer will lead performance and scalability analysis of Kubernetes-based systems, contribute to architectural changes, and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize AI workloads, with options for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance and scalability analysis across the Kubernetes accelerated runtime stack, addressing issues from orchestration to hardware
• Design and implement architectural changes to the Kubernetes control plane for reliable operation at hyperscale
• Collaborate with researchers and developers to create automated workload tests and integrate performance testing into CI/CD workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, preferably in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience in computer architecture, networking, and accelerator-based platforms
• Expertise in Kubernetes and familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem
• Deep experience with large-scale distributed systems and performance optimization of AI workloads
• Proficiency in Golang and/or Python
