Senior Systems Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Systems Software Engineer with strong C++ expertise to design and optimize high-performance software for ultra-low-latency streaming, contributing to the GeForce NOW platform and next-generation applications in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test high-performance C++ software for ultra-low-latency streaming
• Build and enhance media streaming pipelines using technologies such as WebRTC, GStreamer, and RTP/RTCP
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize GPU and CPU utilization to reduce latency

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of proven experience in C++ software development and optimization
• Deep knowledge of operating systems, multi-threading, and performance-critical programming in Windows and Linux
• Good understanding of low-latency transport protocols (e.g., WebRTC, QUIC)
• Strong analytical skills with a self-motivated approach
