Job Summary
Supporting reporting, analytics, and system administration, the full-time remote Senior Systems Specialist will enhance operational efficiency and facilitate strategic decision-making within the Supply Chain organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and customer needs to develop effective application-based solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex system issues while serving as a liaison between users and IT teams
- Participate in system implementations, testing, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related business discipline or computer science
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with systems or as a functional "super-user" in a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of reporting platforms, business applications, and system optimization
- Experience with system implementation and project management preferred
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
