Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Support Specialist - Midnight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support and collaborate with the Head of IT on IT service management
  • Provide end user support and proactively manage business-critical systems with a focus on security best practices
  • Contribute to enterprise architecture design and assist in developing long-term IT vision and strategy
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Strong background in systems administration and experience with Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with incident response, IDP, SSO, EDR, and MDM platforms
  • Experience supporting macOS, Linux, and Windows devices
  • Understanding of ITIL principles and experience with software/hardware lifecycle management
  • Industry standard certifications such as ITIL Foundation, AWS, or Azure are desirable but not essential
