Senior Tableau Developer

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the remote Senior Tableau Developer will design, develop, and optimize interactive Tableau dashboards and reports while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective visualizations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced Tableau dashboards and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver timely, optimized solutions
• Mentor junior specialists in Tableau development and ensure compliance with data governance policies

Required qualifications

• 7 to 11 years of experience in Tableau development
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights
• Experience in optimizing Tableau workbooks for performance and scalability
• Strong understanding of data governance and security policies
• Ability to provide training and guidance to junior team members
