Senior Tactical Response Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Tactical Response Analyst - West Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support tactical incident response engagements and perform live analysis to determine the root cause of intrusions
• Research, develop, and test new tooling for analysis, including automations and scripts
• Contribute to community-driven projects and content creation efforts such as blogs and webinars

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in SOC, MDR, Threat Hunting, or Incident Response roles
• Experience with forensic tools and analysis, including EDRs and OSINT sources
• Strong familiarity with detection languages and query languages such as Sigma and KQL
• Intermediate knowledge of malware analysis and Windows internals
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
