Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the contract Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will manage the full hiring cycle, including recruiting, talent evaluation, and candidate communication, in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops sourcing plans, conducts interviews, and extends offers while maintaining a low cost per hire
• Implements strategies for candidate communication and manages the scheduling of interviews
• Builds talent pipelines by representing the organization at employment fairs and on-campus recruiting activities

Required Qualifications

• University degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition required; 5+ years preferred
