Job Summary
To support a growing team, the contract Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will manage the full hiring cycle, including recruiting, talent evaluation, and candidate communication, in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops sourcing plans, conducts interviews, and extends offers while maintaining a low cost per hire
- Implements strategies for candidate communication and manages the scheduling of interviews
- Builds talent pipelines by representing the organization at employment fairs and on-campus recruiting activities
Required Qualifications
- University degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition required; 5+ years preferred
