Job Summary
To support strategic talent initiatives, the remote Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will partner with business leaders to deliver consultative recruitment solutions, influence hiring strategies, and enhance candidate experiences while focusing on workforce planning and market intelligence.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to define role outcomes and translate business priorities into effective talent strategies
- Provide insights on labor market trends and advise on compensation expectations to inform hiring decisions
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador throughout the recruitment process
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on strategic recruiting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with leaders in a consultative capacity
- Strong understanding of labor market dynamics and recruitment best practices
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
