Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Analyst to manage the recruitment lifecycle and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the full recruitment lifecycle and partner with hiring managers and HR
- Source, screen, and manage candidates for various roles, including Light Industrial and contract positions
- Lead the offer process and maintain accurate recruiting records while optimizing the candidate tracking system
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or staffing agency)
- Experience in a liaison capacity with vendors and internal/external candidates
- Preferred experience in recruiting for administrative and light industrial roles
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Self-motivated with a proven history of exceeding performance goals
