Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Analyst to manage the recruitment lifecycle and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the full recruitment lifecycle and partner with hiring managers and HR
  • Source, screen, and manage candidates for various roles, including Light Industrial and contract positions
  • Lead the offer process and maintain accurate recruiting records while optimizing the candidate tracking system
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or staffing agency)
  • Experience in a liaison capacity with vendors and internal/external candidates
  • Preferred experience in recruiting for administrative and light industrial roles
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Self-motivated with a proven history of exceeding performance goals
