Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst is a full-time remote position responsible for driving operational excellence in talent acquisition, analyzing metrics, and managing vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements and system enhancements
- Analyze and deliver talent acquisition metrics to inform recruiting strategies
- Manage third-party vendor relationships and support technology integration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Five years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Advanced knowledge of Workday and HR technology
- Experience in process improvement and project implementation
- Ability to manage and lead others through change
