Job Summary

Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst is a full-time remote position responsible for driving operational excellence in talent acquisition, analyzing metrics, and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvements and system enhancements
  • Analyze and deliver talent acquisition metrics to inform recruiting strategies
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships and support technology integration
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Five years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday and HR technology
  • Experience in process improvement and project implementation
  • Ability to manage and lead others through change
