Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement full life-cycle recruitment strategies across North America
- Source and identify external talent while managing a requisition load of 30-35+ positions
- Consult with hiring managers on market trends and develop strategic recruiting plans
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' engineering or technical full life-cycle recruiting experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, including Workday, is a plus
