Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement full life-cycle recruitment strategies across North America
Source and identify external talent while managing a requisition load of 30-35+ positions
Consult with hiring managers on market trends and develop strategic recruiting plans

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years' engineering or technical full life-cycle recruiting experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience with applicant tracking systems, including Workday, is a plus
