Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement full life-cycle recruitment strategies across North America
  • Source and identify external talent while managing a requisition load of 30-35+ positions
  • Consult with hiring managers on market trends and develop strategic recruiting plans
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years' engineering or technical full life-cycle recruiting experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, including Workday, is a plus
